"Just wanted to say thank you for assisting me in getting my "important" black bag to me when I was staying overnight in Kerikeri.

I was leaving very early the next morning for the flight to Auckland with a connection to Honolulu. I was the one that rang you and asked the cost of a taxi ride from KK to Russell return. As it turned out when I rang you, you had a driver who was on the way to opua Marina dropping off a client. Through your help, we were able to coordinate Bob to pick up my bag from the Fuller's Ferry Captain and bring it back to me at the Kemp Lodge Motel. This was a huge relief for me and saved me a lot of time and money if I had to hire a taxi myself.

I am back in Hawaii now (and have already used several of the papers I needed from the bag your employee picked up for me) and wanted to personally thank you again for all your help. Please thank Bob again, for his assistance. Cheers & Aloha".
